This July 16 will take place the big reléase of Warner for 2021, the new movie Space Jam 2: A New Legacy. The main characters are LeBron James and of course, The Tunes Squad. Other world basketball stars such as Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard and WNBA stars Diana Taurasi and Nneka Ogwumike also appear on the screen.
LeBron James and his son Dom, who dreams of being a video game developer, are trapped in a virtual reality, in which they must help the Tunes to win the game against the Goons in order to escape safely from this reality.
Since the launch of the first Space Jam film in 1996, 25 years ago, this reléase is expected to be a blockbuster with which Warner aims to reactivate the brand of Warner’s most iconic and fun cartoons, the Looney Tunes. Companies like Mattel, Hasbro, Funko, and finally Muse like Master Toy are supporting also this strategy.
