It has been 20 years since Famosa, Play by Play and Warner signed their first collaboration contract, and in 2019 they joined again, acquiring the license rights for the development, production and distribution plush toys for Spain and Portugal. In 2021 this collaboration contract is extended, acquiring the rights to almost the entire EMEA.
Famosa and Play by Play will support the Warner Bros launches by offering a wide collection of high quality plush toys and ensuring that all channels of the market are covered, both Retail and Amusement.
2021 will be a great year for Warner due to the theatrical release of Space Jam 2: A New Legacy. First Space Jam movie release was 25 years ago, and with this new movie Warner pretends to relaunch one of its most iconics brands, Looney Tunes.
Also this year Tom & Jerry new movie will be released and the launch of the new realistic Harry Potter video game, Howards Legacy. In addition, Warner Bross owns some of the most desired Evergreen properties on the market, such as Looney Tunes and DC Super Heroes, among others, of which we have also developed extensive plush collections for this 2021.
